We worked with Priyanka during our relocation to The Woodlands area and she is the complete package. She is very knowledgeable from the home search process to negotiations to closing the deal. She has a great understanding of the Woodlands, the different neighborhoods, their amenities and how it related to our needs. During the negotiation process, Priyanka was able to use her experience and expertise to work on our behalf and got us a great purchase price in a seller’s market. We had some challenges closing and Priyanka’s extensive network and know how helped us find a knowledge mortgage agent and keep the deal in tack. Throughout the entire process Priyanka maintained our interests as her own. Often times, a good agent will suffice, but in cases where you need a great agent, I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Priyanka Johri.
