Hands down seller’s agent. She walked into the house and in the first 5 minutes has given us more information than 3 other realtors that we had interviewed. While other agents came in with comps to show us what our home could sell for, she came in and asked to look at the property and then gave us recommendations about furniture placement, window dressings etc to decorations. She helped stage the house and got us an offer in the first week.
